When I log into Shopify on my phone it tell me to pick a website name and “get started”

There are a few things I'd like you to check out to see what might be happening here.
Firstly, I'd definitely ensure both your Shopify Mobile app as well as your mobile device's OS is as up-to-date as possible.
If you can let me know if you're using an iOS or Android device, we can also go through clearing the data cache on that app as our next step.
