Why can't I log in to my POS app?

I have a POS and Shopify account but when I try to log in to the POS app I just get an error message. Can’t log in.

Are you still encountering this issue?

 

Thanks for the screenshot! This error usually appears when your device is actually offline and connected to the internet. Make sure you have stable connection and try again. Let me know how that goes and if you are still experiencing an issue I'd be happy to take a closer look. Just in case, I'm sharing our POS app troubleshooting guide here in case you ever need it.

I'm having the same problem. With the same error I have tried Uninstalling the app and restarting the iPad and re-downloading the app same issue.

Thanks for getting in touch and letting me know you're experiencing the same issue. 

Can you list the steps during login that bring you to the error message? As I mentioned above, this error message usually appear when the device is offline. It can also appear if your option for 2-Step Authentication is set to Security Key. This is not currently supported with the iOS POS App. You will need to enable SMS or Authentication App options as back-ups, you can learn how to set that up at this link here. I'd suggest setting up one of those alternative options and try to log in once again.
