Why can't I log into the 3rd step with DSers/AliExpress?

Hello, I signed with DSers/AliExpress last night. However, the app is not allowing me to use the login credentials I signed with to log into the 3rd step in the process. It is saying that the user name or PW is incorrect, though it allows me to log into the app itself with no problem. Please advise.
