Hi! I cannot login to shopify app store. I enter my valid username and password and receive this message: Unable to authorize access to the specified shop.
Can I please get help? Would appreciate it very much.

I'm having the same issue. I've done it in multiple browsers, cleared my cache, and tried as shop owner and collaborator / developer. It worked before but its not working now.

Maybe it just glitches from time to time.. I've been looking at old forums and there were never any solutions.
It's back up everyone!! Shopify glitch.
Having the same issue, did all the 2 recommended solutions as I'm an admin but none worked.
When I click on customize your store in the Apps section, it automatically takes me to the app store not logged in, and when I log in this appears ( Unable to authorize access to the specified shop ).
I'm using google chrome browser, but since another member said they tried multiple browsers I don't think the browser is the issue here
Same here! This is so frustrating. Though my store is new, maybe it takes a while to register or something like that

Yep I have the exact problem!
I'm gonna jump in and say that I also have the same issue. There's quite a few of us receiving the exact same error message - "Unable to authorize access to the specified shop". Please fix this bug.
Mine has just figured itself out. Im guessing my issue was that it was a new store, and it hadn't quite registered in the back end to give it access, but given an hour it fixed itself..
