App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I am using the free version of Globo menu and I am trying to do a simple menu with an image, no drop downs. Every time I publish it says these features are not in the free version multi language and multi menu but I am not using any other language besides English and I only have 1 menu. Am I misunderstanding something here? Can anyone help me?

Since you're referencing a third party application, it's best that you reach out to the App Developer directly for support. This is because the app developer knows their product best, and they're happy to provide you assistance with using it to it's maximum potential!
An alternative to reaching out to the developer directly is to reach out to our Support Team via our Help Center. You can let our AI Chat Assistant know about your issues with the app, and it'll get you connected with one of our Advisors. From there, they'll be able to assist you with reaching out to the App Developer to get you some support.
