Why can't I reach a live customer support agent on the phone for urgent issues?

Why can’t I reach a real human on the actual phone? I do not wish to speak with anyone through a chat box. I have real issues within Shopify that are urgent. There was no problem taking the payments from card but we can’t even get real help???? Do better Shopify.

I don’t want any other solution besides getting help from an actual HUMAN on the telephone. Thanks.
