Why can't I reinstall the OMNA app after deleting it?

I tried to set up my store at Lazada, I register and then I leave for a meanwhile and then I come back to set up so that I can Sell already at Lazada and shopee or in short sell anywhere but now it doesn't accept my email that I register before to become enable so I delete and re install.

But now I can't re install the app and there is a note, as shown on the image below
