Try troubleshooting the issue by following the below steps.
1. Clear the cookies and cache of your browser and then reboot the browser and try.
2. Try a different web browser. For example: If you are currently using Google Chrome, login to your Shopify store using any other browser like Firefox and then try to do Facebook verification.
3. Try to login from an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues.
4. Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
5. Try to connect to some other internet connection. For example: Use a network on a phone rather than wifi.
6. Disable add-ons and extensions from your browser and try
> Open Chrome, click the three dots on the upper right corner of the window, and then choose More tools from the pop-up window.
> Select Extensions from a list of options.
> Scroll down to find the extension and click the Remove button of the extension. Then, remove them one by one.
If you found the answer helpful consider supporting the Shopify Community by giving it a Like + Accept the solution.
