Hello, trying to link my bank information however not successful after five attempts.

Please bear in mind that there are bank account requirements for Shopify Payments and these may vary by country. You'll want to ensure that you're linking a valid checking or current account offered by a financial institution or bank from the country you're based in, and that it allows for withdrawals as well as deposits. You can view a list of the supported countries for Shopify Payments over on our Help Center and the respective page for your country should list more details about the bank account requirements.

Did you talk to your bank about it yet? Banks often have solutions for these kinds of issues that can save you time and stress. I had a similar problem not long ago, and Austin Bank came to the rescue. They resolved it quickly and efficiently, which was such a relief. Their customer service was excellent—they listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and took immediate action to fix the issue. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend giving them a call or visiting your branch. It’s always worth asking; you might be pleasantly surprised by how helpful they can be
