Why can't I update the webhook version for my app GIGA?

My app name is GIGA. My app code has been updated to version 2023-04, and I have selected 2023-04 for "event version" in the settings (Picture 1), but the webhook still shows version 2022-10 (Picture 2). I would like the webhook to be updated to the 2023-04 version.

It seems like you're facing an issue with the version update for your app's webhook. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

1. Webhook Update Delay:
- Webhook updates may take some time to reflect. Ensure that you've allowed sufficient time for the changes to propagate.

2. Manual Webhook Update:
- Some platforms allow you to manually trigger a webhook update. Check your platform's documentation or settings to see if there's an option to manually update webhooks.

3. Review Webhook Configuration:
- Double-check your webhook configuration in the settings to ensure that you've selected the correct version (2023-04). Sometimes, there might be a save or update button that needs to be clicked to apply the changes.

4. Clear Cache:
- If you have a caching mechanism in place, clear the cache to ensure that the updated version information is fetched.

5. Platform Support:
- Check if the platform or service you're using for webhooks has any specific guidelines or restrictions regarding version updates. Contact their support for assistance if needed.

6. Documentation Check:
- Review the documentation for your app and webhook system to see if there are any specific steps or considerations for updating webhook versions.

7. Developer Console:
- If you have access to a developer console or dashboard for your app, check if there are any options to force a webhook version update.

8. Contact Support:
- If the issue persists, reach out to the support or technical team of the platform or service you're using for webhooks. Provide them with specific details about your app, webhook version, and the issue you're facing.

Remember to test any changes in a staging or development environment before applying them to a live or production system. If you have more specific details about your app or the platform you're using, I might be able to provide more targeted assistance.
