App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi! I have a customer that says they are getting a spinning wheel when they try to add an item to the shopping cart. I can't seem to recreate the problem on my end, and haven't had any other complaints like this. Is there something I can do for them? They are accessing the site through a computer.

Good news - if this isn't something that you're able to replicate, and haven't seen any additional reports, then it's likely a local issue for your customer. You can recommend to your customer that they clear their cache/cookies, and try using another browser, to purchase from your store. You can provide them with this link so they can follow it's instructions.
In order to be certain that this isn't a larger issue, I'd love to check your store out myself to see if I can replicate. Can you provide me with the following:

I tested the button on the product page and had no issues adding the product to my cart. I also checked out the cart page, too, and did a few more page loads and had no issues. This suggests that the problem your customer encountered was a local one, and it's likely your other customers aren't being impacted.
Beautiful patterns, by the way! Have you thought about adding an 'About Us' page to your store? I only suggest this because businesses like yours often have a story to tell, and creating an 'About Us' page helps tell that store, build relationships with customers, and build brand trust!
