Why can't Shopify find my Bookfunnel app account?

I am trying to connect my Bookfunnel app account but Shopify can't find it.

Are you able to provide some additional context as to the steps you are taking to connect your Bookfunnel account to Shopify? You mentioned that when trying to connect, your Shopify account cannot be found, are you receiving a specific error message in this case? 

I found a guide via the Bookfunnel website that allows you to connect your store so this may be an option if you haven't tried so already. It also seems that Zapier offers a similar integration to connect both platforms.
