Why did I get an unexpected charge on my DSers account?

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my DSers account.

I recently noticed a charge of £15.93 on my account, which has left me confused as I am currently enrolled in the FREE plan (Forever free). I would appreciate it if you could kindly clarify the reason behind this unexpected charge and provide any necessary information or steps to rectify the situation.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us - if you have received a charge from a third-party application such as DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping. It would be best to reach out to their support to gather some additional information on what the charge is for. With that being said, you can navigate to the application page available on the Shopify App store to view the Get Support section that is displaying below the reviews. 
I did come across to finding their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it to you. They will be in the best position to provide you with further support in regards to the charge.
