Why did my Shopify inbox stop working overnight?

Shopify inbox 📥 out of nowhere overnight give me an error about "Request the “Customers” and “Apps and Channels” permissions from an admin. I am singer member business owner that owns the store and inbox was working for years until I woke up this morning with a question from a. Customer that went to my email. Now I can't answer him. Is this only happening to me? Now I could potentially be losing business for this at my busiest season 😕
