Why do app blocks restore automatically after reinstallation?

Hi, i was developing app and custom app block for my development app. But
when i install a app in my store and add a app block form that app its all OK.
but when i uninstall and re-install that app again, previously added app block automatically restores in my theme! Even though i haven't added any app block from that app after reinstalling.  

Here is a screenshot right after i install that app after uninstalling. even though i haven't added any app block yet, it automatically added those blocks from my previous installation. Now how do i reset app blocks of a particular app after uninstalling it?

NB: these are the 2 app blocks i am developing currently.
