Why do my product bundle apps only work together?

I have kachin app and pumper app installed, one does not function without the other for some reason, standalone, they do not appear on product page after enabling embed, slecting products in offer and on theme etc.. but when the 2 are both enabled then 1 of them shows up randomly, on one refresh pumber app bundle shows up on featured product, other refresh kaching app bundle shows up, if I disable 1 nothing shows up, tis a night mare
