Why does Facebook ad manager show purchases but Shopify does not?

I've just started using Facebook ads and on my ad manager it says I got 7 purchases on my page but then on my shopify page analytics it says 0 purchases I just wanna know if there is something I'm doing wrong that i could fix I just scared if someone did purchase and since i can't see their order I can't fulfill it.

As I understand it you mentioned that your store's analytics page is showing 0 purchases, however, on your orders page located here, you should see any orders placed if any allowing you to fulfill them there. 

Can you tell me if they are displaying there? If so, analytics on Shopify may take a short while to update. Otherwise, the orders placed may show that the Facebook analytics could be set up incorrectly to watch when an order is placed.

Hi. I just checked and it only showed 1 order and that was my order that I
tried to test it out so it seems maybe it has to do with the facebook ads.
But I don't know how to fix it, any recommendations.

It would be difficult to see exactly where it is reading these events without having access to the pixel itself, however, can I ask when this was set up? It is also possible that this pixel is attached to another store also and reading the events coming from there simultaneously. 

What I would suggest is creating an entirely new pixel, then attaching it to this store to track and test. You can follow this guide here in doing so.
