Why does Facebook page setup reset after Shopify store reinstallation?

I just tried to set up my Facebook page after having anothe problem before , so I took it off the Shopify store and redownloaded it and this is what it gives me every i time

I have tried all you have suggested, unfortunately none of that has worked yet. I wanna use this for Facebook ads but it won’t let me . Please help in anyway you can.
