Hello, I have worked with the 3rd payment party named Lianlian Global to provide a payment gate on Shopify. However, when I install the app on the Shopify setting, it shows 500ERROR. I have checked the Shopify status and it showed my website is fine. I asked Lianlian support and they have said it usually works typically. I am wondering why and try with my 2 Shopify websites, but the results are the same. Does anybody meet the case like me? Looking forward to hearing your responses. Thank you in advance!
