Why does my chosen Shopify plan keep becoming inactive?

I'm having problems with the Shopify app and I'm not able to access my store, but I've already chosen a plan. After a while the store becomes inactive and asks to choose a plan but I already chose it and it is already on the card, I hope they solve it

it's giving an error I can't talk to support in English only support created appears but not the option to type and talk to support
