I've started a new store and have only one test order. I manually cancelled and archived the order from within the Shopify app on iOS however the badge count remains at "1". I found the only way to clear/reset the badge count was to log in to Shopify Admin on a desktop and archive the order there to get it to reset.
Is this a known issue with the Shopify App on iOS?
