Why does my public app refuse to connect?

Hello, connection. Hope you are well !!! It would be appreciated if you get some time and consider my issue.

I have created 1 public and that app works fine. It installed on the store and also token store on my DB but, when I open that app it says "refused to connect".  And the same code works fine for "custom app". Any idea about that
