Hi,
The other day my app completely stopped working and deleted all my history. So I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and now I get an error that something went wrong and to check my internet connection. I have to turn off my wifi to get the app to work.
I’ve been having the same issue since I updated the app today as well.
I have the same exact issue for the last week or so.
WiFi on, won’t load past the loading screen. WiFi off, works just fine.
I have the eero Pro 6E WiFi system if that helps and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I’m having the same issue on my eero setup as well. It works over the air. I do not have it blocked by eero either. Be nice if this could get fixed or a solution found.
Yep I have the exact same thing, iPhone 13 pro max and eero and my shop app says I can’t connect to the internet. Does anyone have a fix?
Same problem here. Won't work at home where I have an eero network. Attached to the wifi at work, no issues. On cellular data, no issues. At home with eero, I get the error. I am on iPhone XR.
Same issue here. Eero Pro 6e.
Went into my eero app, clicked on “discover” at the bottom, then eero secure, under “advanced” at the bottom, clicked on “block & allowed sites, selected “allowed” at the top of the screen, “add allowed sites”, entered “https://shop.app” and selected “inaccurate block” and “done”. FINALLY! I can use the shop app on my eero network!
