Why does my slideshow template disappear after saving?

Hi guys! 
I'm having troubles with my slide show. I have created a slide show template for my product pages. It works fine when I'm adding the images but when I click save it disappears for some reason? I have attached pictures to explain what I mean with the code I'm using.  

My Theme is the debut theme.
