Why does my Trust Pilot app keep logging me out?

Hi, I am trying to connect my Trust Pilot Account and Shopify account. I have added the Trust Pilot app to my store by when I try to log in, I will see the next page for 3 seconds then it will log me out saying 'email and password do not match'. I have changed my password twice now so I know that it is right and I find it strange it logs me in for 5 seconds then logs me back out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hmm, this seems like an error with the Trust Pilot App, you have to request support from the Trust Pilot App developers.
