Why does my Zendrop connection status keep saying publishing?

With Zendrop, I publish my products to my Shopify page, and when I do so, under "Connection Status" it just says publishing and it says it for hours. I have seen other people do the same things as me and it pretty much instantly uploads. Anyone know why it doesn't publish for me?

I cleared cookies and cache and that seemed to work, it linked right away.
