Why does Shopify say 'not enough visible products' when uploading to Facebook and Instagram?

Issues with shopify uploading to Facebook and Insta 

Says “not enough visible products” 

I’ve deactivated, re-downloaded, republished products, changed quantities to 200+ and remove tracking inventory. Still same thing and won’t change
