Why does SPOD Print on Demand keep timing out when creating stickers?

I have been trying to create stickers using SPOD Print on Demand. The app times out every time I try, and I can't figure out why. Has anybody else had issues with this or know of any fixes?

Thanks for letting us know about these timeout issues you're experiencing. When we see loading issues with applications, it's often a result of some local issues. Please give the following step a try to see if you're able to bypass this timeout issue:

• Try loading the application while logged into your store using a different browser. The timeout could be a cookies/cache issue, so using a different browser, and seeing if the issue persists in that new browser, will confirm this for us or not. 

If you find that your issue does persist, then it will be time to have a chat with our team, and the team that developed the SPOD app. Since this is a third-party application, their team is best equipped to support loading issues with the app itself. 

I recommend that you reach out to our team using this link here. Once you've done this, explain the situation to the advisor that you get connected with. From there, we will be able to reach out alongside you to the app developers, so they can begin the process of working on this for you. Additionally, you can reach out to the developers on your own, using whatever contact information is available to you within their app, or on their app store page.
