Why does SQLite database data delete in live mode on my app?

I have developed an application using the latest built app from shopify CLI. I have used SQLite database for saving some data. But each time it gets deleted in the live site, it was okay in development mode.
I have deployed it in fly io. Can you help me with this? Or where is the problem?
