Why does the error 'Checkouts are not available for this store' occur when completing a draft order via API?

Hi folks,

I want to create an order via API so I call API to create a draft order, draft order created but when I call API for completing draft order, an error has occurred. Return message is : "Checkouts are not available for this store". Would anyone explain why?

I use GraphQL for draftOrderComplete API, version: 2020-04

For more information, I have created orders successful before, the errors occurred suddenly and I don't know why
