Why does the Facebook app keep asking to accept cookies?

Hi! I would very much like to install the FB app and have downloaded it accordingly. After clicking on the app popped up again and again this image, where I should accept the cookies. After each time I press "accept" the page refreshes and I repeat the process continuously. Each time the cookies question pops up again.... I am stuck here at this step.
Please help!

• Ensure the web browser is up-to-date on the latest version.

• Try on a different web browser’s incognito mode/private window. If you're using Safari, try using Google Chrome to submit that information.
• Try another device, such as another computer or a cellphone.
