Why does the Pickkr app redirect to another Heroku app?

Dear Team,

When I try to add app Pickrr instead of installing it's redirecting to other Heroku app.
Please help me with this it's urgent, the store is already live

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with the app Pickkr, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you receiving this redirect error when attempting to install the app from the Shopify App Store

 

If so, I would recommend attempting a few troubleshooting steps to ensure this is not related to a browser error. These steps include:

 

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies. 
  • Access the Shopify App Store from an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try installing the app on Another Browser (i.e Chrome).
  • Try using Another Device (i.e mobile device or desktop). 

 

If after attempting all of the outlined steps above, you continue to experience this redirect, please Contact Support. This will allow us to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
