App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
We've been using the Shopify custom app to make a direct API connection to Litmos for years now. It has ceased working since mid-January, and even though we have verified configuration settings are correct through Litmos, our app is still not sending data to Litmos. Anyone else experience a similar issue or has found a resolve?
I am trying to connect Litmos to Shopify for the first time using their API and it doesn't seem to be working for me either. Still trying to find a work around but no luck so far.
We have been through the rigamarole with both Litmos + Shopify and neither is willing to help. Both say each other's deprecated versions should have any affect on the functionality and connection, yet, it isn't working. If you find anything, *please post!
I've got it working! We found this page: https://litmoscorp.my.site.com/customerportal/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fcustomerportal%2Fs%2Fartic...
On it there were some instructions that we followed and got things connected. Two main things that we changed were the Last Order ID and the API Password. The instructions did clarify a few items that got it up and running.
WHY wouldn't these specifications be clarified on this page: https://www.litmos.com/docs/litmos/ecommerce/shopify-integration-for-litmos-ecommerce-shopping-cart?! If this works, and I am super hopeful it will, you are a life-saver.
Agreed that is where it should be! I am going to message our contact and let them know that it should be added there or at least be added to the main support area to save future people the headache.
Hope this worked for you!
