Why is an unexpected pop-up appearing on my website?

Hi Shopify, 

We did not install any Pop-up app in our shopify admin and suddenly we have this pop-up appearing on our website. Could you check is there a bug or if another vendor (Page Fly) may have accidentally activate it?

The best way to resolve this now is to reach out to the Shopify support team directly and have them check it for you.

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you'll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
