Why is Bixgrow click tracking feature not working in affiliate marketing?

I am setting up the Bixgrow account for affiliate marketing and the tracking by link feature is not working. I tried to enable uppromote as well and ran into the same issue. I was unable to track on both scenarios.

As you are saying, it seems to be something external to the app because you are having this issue both with Bixgrow and Uppromote. You may want to check the configurations in your store.
