Why is Doba not automatically updating my supplier price?

Hello, I need some help. I have been using Doba and have enjoyed it so far. One issue I have been running into is the wholesale price from my vendors is not updated automatically. It seems like Doba communicated the information once during the integration process but now I am having to go back and change my prices manually. Has anyone run into this issue? Any advice? Is there an app that can help me integrate and communicate those price changes so I can set up a margin across the board? I would really appreciate some help on this matter.
