Why is EasyGift auto-adding freebies to carts under $79?

We set a rule when a order up to $79, there is a freebie for our customer, but there is a order only $63.99, this app provide our customer a freebie automatically, and we have checked the setting, there is no mistake. Please check for us, thank you!

@LorryLuo This might happen in rare cases, depending on many factors, for example: what is the theme used, what type of cart, browser, device, internet connection, shopify servors, cache... You should contact the app developer and give them the Order ID number.

Hi friends,

Why this order can get a freebie although her order is below $79?(Screenshot
of this setting is attached). I set a condition by this App which only the
order up to $79, there will be a freebie for customer.
But this customer used a discount, so the total price is below $79.
