Why is Facebook delaying order releases more than 24 hours?

Hello, I wanted to see has any one had this problem where facebook hold orders for more than 24 hours! I tried reaching out to Shopify and Meta but no help. Shopify is telling me to reach out to Meta because it's a third party. I never had to go through this with Meta. I'm use to them holding orders, but they always release them the same day. Please someone help me
