Hi,

 

I have installed the Google App and go through the process of setting up GA4 which is very simple and easy to do however, for at least 4 days now GA has not received any data and I have idea why this might be.

 

I can't see if the gtag has been implemented or not in the markup, its quite confusing and worrying I can't see data. 

 

Does anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it?

Hi 

 

I want to report the same issue. Our GA 4 account has not received any data for the past 4 days, starting from the 14th of March. Nothing changed and it says in GA 4 admin that data is being received. This seems like a shopify issue.
