I am having trouble with my account number for setting up shopify payments and my information is correct and I’m not sure what’s wrong

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with setting up your Shopify Payments, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you receiving an error when attempting to verify your details?
If so, there may be a few reasons as to why verification is not being accepted. Listed below are a few reasons you may have received this error and will want to review the following:
If you have already submitted documents, it can take up to 72 business hours to be received and reviewed. If this time frame has elapsed and you continue to receive the error, please feel free to Contact Support for further investigation.
