Why is my app still in review and how can I resolve it?

I've got an app that looks like it might be stuck "In review". There's a notice in the dashboard that says we need to review some thing but I don't have an email. I'm wondering if it bounced and now we can't see what to fix. Is there a way to get that recent? There's no contact information or a way to resubmit.
