Why is my checkout address link not working on my website?

Hi,

I have created a website in Shopify. After selecting a product the customer proceeds to checkout and then bam... error. It wont recognize any addresses. I have checked my setting tab, all product as connected. Region selected is US.

I'm not super super computer savvy so explain in step by thank you so much!
