App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
hello,
apparently my original credit card did not accept the debit from Shopify, so when they told me, I immediately replaced it with the same card I use every day. I know its a good card because I use it for all my PayPal accounts but today Shopify told me, once again, your bill payment failed. I have no luck at all in contacting customer support, my emails keep being returned to me even though I address them to Shopify billing. Can someone
please tell me how do I contact the billing department, this is really becoming very annoying almost to the
point of harassment. Believe me, I always pay my bills on time so this is driving me nuts.

Check Payment Details: Double-check the payment details you entered, including the credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. Ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
Sufficient Funds: Make sure that the payment method you used has sufficient funds or credit available to cover the payment amount. Insufficient funds can cause a payment to fail.
Contact Payment Provider: If you are using a specific payment provider or service concrete floor grinder, such as a credit card company or online payment platform, reach out to their customer support. They can help troubleshoot the issue and provide information on why the payment failed.
Update Payment Method: If your payment method has expired, been canceled, or is no longer valid, update it with a new payment method that is active and has sufficient funds. Follow the instructions provided by the payment provider to update your payment information.

Hello Jerrothomas543,
Thanks so much for your response. I have done everything you suggested, even went so far as to tell you I use this same card I supplied to Shopify billing as my PayPal account so I know it accurate as I gets used almost every day. I guess my main concern is I don't want to get off on the wrong foot with Shopify and I feel helpless when I try to contact their support people because they rarely respond which is so frustrating. I want to get my store open and begin generating some income, but instead I am dealing with $1.00 fees they tell me they cant get payment for. I simply am at my wits end trying to figure out how to get this settled with the billing department. It just shouldn't be so difficult. Any suggestion on how I can actually speak to a billing person to get this resolved? Thanks, sorry I vented but I really am so frustrated at the moment. I've spent a small fortune getting this business ready to go and here I sit fiddling around with these incidentals and no easy way to resolve them. Al the best, CatsMeow
Did you manage to solve this because I’m having the same issue and I cannot pay the subscription invoice?
Thank You CatsMeow you really helped me. I was facing this problem, your Suggestion saved me. Yes. Remove The Original Payment Method And Re-enter It. Thank You Very Much.
And how do I remove it? I can only replace it...
