I was on the trial subscription for Debutify but felt limited so i purchased the plan. Now my account is back on the free plan after I already purchased the plan with proof and confirmation of it. I cannot talk to anyone because the contact page does work and the live chat doesn't respond for hours upon days. Does anyone have a recommendation or know how to fix the solution?
