Why is my Digital Downloads App not working properly?

I was trying to add a new digital product to my shop, but when I went to add the digital file, the standard Digital Downloads interface wasn’t showing, and instead I got this screen (attached). 

Furthermore, when I click the bottom two items, instead of the downloads page.c I get an error that says that the product doesn’t exist.

I even tried to remove the app and reload it, but it still takes me to this same page. 

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.l, thanks.

Did you ever solve this? I keep having this problem and it's so infrequent that I've forgotten how I solved it.
