Why is my dropshipping delivery from Shein so slow?

Hey, 

I have customers who ordered WEEKS ago through my store, I have dropshipped off shein and my customers have not received their products. 

I have contacted Shopify support multiple times to be given no response.  

Has anyone found dropshipping from shein poor delivery time, I fulfilled item the same day, do I have to fulfill and have my home address as fulfillment address or what's going on ? Need answers so I don't have to refund

If you are dropshipping from Shein, have you tried to contact Shein? Not sure how Shopify would be able to help you

The best step to take from here is to contact Shein if they are your dropshipping supplier as this issue ultimately may need to be sorted with them. Shopify is a service that helps merchants set up their own, branded online store - and sell on other channels as well so we can support with issues directly involved with the platform or our services!
 
So definitely reach out to your dropshipping supplier!
