Why is my eBay account saying it's already in use?

I tried to connect my shopify with eBay but the error message appeared below. I contacted shopify, they said it is ebay. I contacted ebay, they said shopify has to release it. Can anyone help? 

 

"The eBay account is already in use with the Shopify account premier-colour.myshopify.com. Please use different eBay ID or disconnect from premier-colour.myshopify.com."

They manage the ebay app on shopify.
