Dear Team Shopify

 

We have tried using Shopify POS but have faced some issues regarding it. Shopify POS gives only two printer options to be connected in the POS, Star Micronics and Epson. Only one model of Epson M-30 was listed as compatible. We bought the printer and tried connecting it in the POS app but nothing shows in the dialog box after selecting Epson as receipt printer. Have tried various times still nothing shows in the dialog box. Please guide why we are encountering this connectivity issues and how we can connect Epson Bluetooth receipt printer in Shopify POS.

Has anyone solved this ? We are having the same issue. We have the Star TSP which connects perfectly but our Epson TM - m30 II still wont show up in the accessories list even though it is connected to the ipad.

Same for me. Hope Shopify can fix this issue. Expensive hardware.

Mines as well. I did work with support and got it working after an update was released,, it now its back to not pairing.
