Why is my Exchange app not loading when selling my store?

I want to sell my store on exchange market place and I download the  exchange  app,  but it’s  working. Once I  press  the start  now button it keeps  loading but not working  I’ve tried  safari and  chrome but still won’t work just loading  for hours. I've been  trying  for 4 days and  nothing  but loading. please advise. Thank youScreen Shot 2022-10-07 at 8.23.57 PM.png

I know it must be frustrating to be dealing with this loading issue while you're trying to get started with your store listing. I appreciate you testing a couple different browsers.

 

To troubleshoot further, can you try removing and reinstalling the Exchange app? If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us via the Shopify Help Center so we can submit a report to our technical support team. Thank you so much!
