Why is my Facebook Shop order showing 'payment pending' and not allowing label printing?

Something changed and i dont know what to do. So when an order comes in through Facebook, no tit says "payment pending" in my physical store register, which is where i print receipts from it gives me the option to "Collect Payment" this order is to be shipped but there is no option to print shipping label. 

Any one knows whats going on? 

I read about in on the Facebook app page and it only says once i fulfill order i can collect payment, yet i am unable to fulfill since it doesn’t give me an option to print. 

This is too confusing...
